1. In order to book the veneer treatment appointment, the user must complete an online payment.
2. Payment will be in the amount of 250 USD
3. This payment will be credited to the total value of the treatment.
4. With the payment, the User has the right to quote a date for his
treatment. This appointment may be modified later, you have up to one year after the deposit to reschedule
5. Payment is non-refundable. (for service costs at the time of creating the appointment)
