DATA PROCESSING AND PURPOSE
For the commercial establishment named: Brighter Smiles, owned by Dr Gonzaga Tabares Velasquez, as the party responsible for processing the personal information of its members, physicians, specialist, users, clients, collaborators, contractors and/ or suppliers, it is of utmost importance to guarantee the right of habeas data incorporated in article 15 of our political constitution, developed by law 1581 of 2012 and decree 1377 of 2013 which partially regulates said law.
In accordance with what is contemplated in the current and applicable regulations regarding data protection, the commercial establishment named: Brighter Smiles, owned by Dr Gonzaga Tabares Velasquez, is committed to providing adequate treatment to all and each one of the personal data that are subsequently incorporated into our databases, and to file them for the specific purposes for which they are delivered. RIGHTS OF THE DATA HOLDER
The holder of personal data will have the right to:

Revoke the authorizations and/or request the deletion of data when the principles, rights, and constitutional and legal guarantees are not respected in the processing, or the revocatory right will be exercised when the superintendence of industry and commerce has determined that the party responsible for in charge of processing has incurred in conduct contrary to the law and the constitution.
