- The procedure will have a 1-year warranty for issues related to the technique (loose or detached veneers).
- The warranty does NOT cover improper use or failure to follow the established recommendations, including:
– Fractured veneers
– GAPS : We cannot provide a warranty after the veneers are placed if spaces appear between them due to tooth movement. - No color changes to the veneers will be accepted after cementation and signed acceptance.
- In the event of persistent sensitivity requiring root canal treatment, such procedure will not be included under the warranty.
- All guarantees without exception will be attended to in the office of Dr. Gonzaga Tabares, in the same location where the procedure was performed (Cali, Colombia – Punta Cana, Dominican Republic).
- Under no circumstances will air tickets, hotel and transportation expenses be covered.
- The medical procedure is subject to the regulations of the country where it was performed. Our facilities are located in either Cali, Colombia or Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and we comply with the relevant laws and guidelines of each country.
